Focusing on the inner balance and energy in one's body, Naturopathy is the alternative healing science that uses natural elements to look for the cause and then treat accordingly against just curing the symptoms of the disorder. It uses the body's natural defense mechanism to remove the cause of the disorder in the most gentle and effective way possible.

Since Naturopathy treatments in India uses elements present in nature as the core therapy, an understanding of the elements is important to begin with. There are five main elements nature comprises of, which are Jal (Water), Vayu (Air), Akash (Sky), Agni (Fire) and Prithvi (Earth). These together are also known as Panchamahabhuta, which are also one of the chief attributes that form our body.

In this way, Naturopathy is more of a refined way of living life in sync with nature than being a mere healing science. It leads a holistic approach and balances the elements back to their Prakruti (natural state) and helps live a healthy, disease-free life.

Any toxin that gets in our system, usually our body reacts via fever, vomiting, cough, etc. in order to get rid of the toxins naturally. However, at times, our body fails to cope with the toxins with incorrect lifestyle, stress and lack of exercise. In such cases, the toxin starts to pile up in our body. Naturopathy plays a significant role in assisting the body to flush out all these toxins through normal channels, thus helping in curing diseases like diabetes, arthritis, asthma, eczema, indigestion and various skin concerns.

A healthy lifestyle and balanced routine accompanied with the goodness of Naturopathy goes a long way. Regular yoga along with mental hygiene and adequate distressing can greatly influence your balance of elements and keep you in good health.

Various stages under Naturopathy treatment:

Elementary Stage: Essentially revolves around using various therapies (Mineral salt bath, Mud therapy, Sun bath therapy, Far-infra detox therapy, etc.) to remove all toxins from the body. In addition to the therapy, eliminative diet is prescribed to the patient in order to enhance the detoxification of the body by speeding the process of flushing out toxins.

Soothing Stage: Focusing on rejuvenation of the body just after detoxification, this stage involves supplying important nutrients to the body in order to help rejuvenate the body. It is the second step after detoxifying the body and induces regular blood circulation using various therapies (Chromo therapy, Hydro therapy, Aroma therapy, etc.) for optimum effect.

Constructive Stage: As the last step, this stage energizes as well as kick-start certain hormones into action in the body. It also helps activate the body cells and tissues using a set of various exercises and dietary routines. The diet is especially designed to provide all the required nutrients necessary for bringing the body back to healthy and normal routine.
